DAILY COURIER – President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, met with King Charles III, at Buckingham Palace in the United Kingdom.
President Buhari is in the United Kingdom for a two-week medical vacation.
The meeting is the first time the president will be meeting the new British King as he was absent during the coronation of the monarch in October.
DAILY COURIER reported that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo represented President Buhari at the occasion.
The agenda of the meeting between Buhari and King Charles III has not been disclosed at the time of filing this report.
The President also met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Godfrey Onyeama, the Nigerian High Commissioner to the UK, Sarafa Ishola, and other officials.
